The main tool of this course is the software called ENVI (Environment for Visualizing
Images), version 5.0. ENVI was initially developed by Research Systems Inc. (RSI), which later was called ITT Visual Information Solutions. But, it is now manage and distribute by Exelis Visual Information Solutions.
